our honeymoon at eggers was beyond wonderful. after a disappointing stay in hamburg before, eggers impressed us with their beautiful design, helpful staff, and the comfiest bed we've ever slept on. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Reception seemed disinterested, not very welcoming.

Very warm welcome, room was excellent, comfortable bed, the buffet breakfast was just what you can expect of it, good selection of food and drinks. The dinner in the restaurant was very very very good. I will most certainly come back!

The hotel is super cool with a modern design and comfy beds. The staff were amazing and spoke English like pros. We had a blast exploring the city center, which was packed with tons of rad shops and awesome tourist sights. It was the perfect spot for us party-loving teenagers!

The only thing we would've loved is if the hotel had a happening club or a rooftop bar. It would be so rad to have a dedicated spot to party and dance all night long.

Great Hotel, friendly staff, the restaurant is fantastic - situated approx. 25 mins from centre of Hamburg - great if you have a car. Spacious Rooms and nicely furnished. Would definitely stay there again.

Great design and friendly staff. The hotel has a modern design, with everything looking fresh and new. The staff is always happy to help and seems genuinely interested in making sure guests have a good time. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

Room a bit stuffy. The room got a bit stuffy during the night, so we had to open the window to let in some fresh air.

Friendly personnel, plenty of free private parking places, clean and modern room with very large bed. Good accommodations. This all for a small price.

Complementary water and kettle in the room, as well as slippers and dressing gown, would enhance the guest experience. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. The staff, particularly Ms. Delimah, are friendly and helpful. The hotel's quiet location, just a 5-minute walk from the station, offers a peaceful environment away from the city center. Access to a pool is a nice feature.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing touches like the heated bathroom floor. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing an early check-in. The bed was super comfy, making for a fantastic night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and away from the city noise. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were top-notch, meeting all our expectations. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. We highly recommend taking a morning walk by the beautiful river nearby. The restaurant had a unique vegetarian/Asian touch and was hands down the best we had during our trip. The pool was awesome, as was our room and the food. The hotel had super safe parking and overall it was an exceptional experience. We've stayed at more expensive hotels and received less.

The room was small but well-designed; the breakfast buffet great and the staff helpful.

I intentionally booked the hotel to get out of the center of Hamburg, but found it to be a little too far out of the way. It's close to virtually nothing but still an attractive place to stay.

We had a late check-out at Hotel Eggers and the reception staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage safely. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this place was absolutely fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the location in the outskirts of the city, which provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room service was impeccable, always ensuring that our needs were met promptly and without any issues. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site bicycle hire, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. Additionally, the medical facilities service was an unexpected bonus, providing us with a sense of security and peace of mind. the level of comfort and quality services provided here exceeded our expectations.
